Joe and Shawn are back to record their Conference Championship Weekend preview. First, they start with some of the news in the NFL, including: Sean Payton “stepping away” from coaching; Vikings, Bears & Giants hire relatively young, new GMs; and Wink Martindale being out in Baltimore. Then, they get into discussing the upcoming Conference Championships, but in a different way. Instead of talking about each game, they decide to rank the 4 remaining quarterbacks, head coaches, defences, non-QB rosters and kickers. At the end, they make their picks of each game.
