We Discuss the NBA All-Star Reserves With Love for Zach LaVine and the Fallacy of the Good Stats Bad Team Label & How There Is Not Much Wrong With the Selections

Listen to Shawn, Marcus & Trey as they discuss the NBA All-Star Reserves announcement. At the beginning of the episode we touched on how each of our teams are doing and the fact that the Raptors and Heat had no All-Star selections. We discuss the players that were left off, but get into how there weren’t any players selected that should not have been. We also explain why Mike Conley Jr. has not made an All-Star Game (hint: it has to do with the conference he plays in). At the end, Shawn starts a discussion of looking at doing something similar to the NHL’s 3-on-3 format or other changes to how it is currently done.
